Second 4th of July shooting suspect arrested
RICHLAND, Wash. - A man police say was involved in a Fourth of July shooting at Howard Amon Park has been arrested.
Police said Kenyatta Turner was wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting that left 24-year-old Sergio Rivera seriously injured with gunshot wounds during a Fourth of July celebration.
Turner appeared in court for the first time Friday, Oct. 19, where he pleaded not guilty to the charge of felony assault with an aggravation enhancement.
Police have arrested another suspect in the same shooting, Traybion Dickerson. Dickerson also made his first court appearance Friday.
Turner's bail is set at $250,000. His trial is set for December 10.
