KENNEWICK, Wash. — Two Tri-City business owners recently combined their passion for food and wine to create a brand new food truck.
Culture Shock Bistro will will serve dishes from all around the world.
From Italian to Spanish dishes to Mediterranean even Indian.
Owner of European Desserts & Appetizers, Nena Cosic partnered up with Victor Palencia, wine maker and owner of Palencia Wine Company to bring something different to the Tri-Cities.
"First of all I've always wanted to bring something different to Tri-Cities second we have one of the best wine makers here to pair his wines with my dishes so it will definitely be something different," Cosic said.
The new business partners tell Action News they are looking forward to this collaboration.
"The advantage is you can take your food and enjoy inside the winery and of course find your favorite wine to pair it with and I think that's going to be the magic and the fun about all of this is Nena has a tremendous passion for food I naturally have a passion for wine and those two seem to go really well together so it's going to be a really fun environment to be around," Palencia said.
The truck will be parked behind Monarcha Winery in Kennewick next to the Columbia Gardens Wine and Artisan Village.
The two say the community can come grab a bite and sip on Friday, November 20th.
