RICHLAND, Wash. - It's been a couple of months since the group Legalize Richland turned in signatures for a petition to repeal Richland's moratorium on pot stores.
Since then, the Richland City Council has announced their plan for their upcoming council meeting.
The agenda which was sent out on Wednesday shows a planned discussion on Cannabis.
Back in December there was a petition that was originally expected to be discussed, but it never made it to the agenda.
The petition received more than 4,500 signatures, of that number, more than 2,700 were validated.
The upcoming Richland City Council meeting is scheduled for January 29 at 6 p.m.
