Pasco, WA — The hunt continues for Edgar Salvador Casian-Garcia and Araceli Medina, following the discovery of eight-year-old Edgar Casian Jr.'s remains in rural Benton County in February.
The couple have nationwide warrants for their arrest for Murder in the First Degree, Rape of a Child in the First Degree and Child Abuse in the First Degree. The couple is accused of sexually abusing and trafficking Edgar Jr. as well as a nine-year-old girl and a three-year-old girl. Deputies say they were found in Tijuana after escaping from Medina.
Additionally, the U.S. Marshals are concerned about the welfare for three or four children that belong to Medina; their whereabouts are unknown.
Deputies believe the couple fled to Nayarit or Sinaloa, Mexico or Canada.
