UPDATE: Officials release identity of body found
PASCO, Wash. —
UPDATE: According to the Washington State Patrol, the body has been identified as Martin Perez Garcia, 27, of Pasco died after allegedly getting hit by a vehicle on Highway 395, near the Argent Road exit.
Troopers say his body was found in the median just before noon.
WSP also say the driver left the scene, but left behind a fog lamp from the driver's side.
WSP is still investigating.
Police found a body on Hwy 395 in Pasco near the Argent Road exit.
The body was in the median between the north and south bound sides of Hwy 395.
According to Washington State Patrol the body was of a Pasco man in his late 20s.
A representative from Washington State Patrol says evidence suggests it was a hit and run that happened Saturday night.
Washington State Patrol says they will continue to investigate.
